A Waterpark Coordinator serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow:
Skilled with the use of multiline telephones and with voice mail
Strong computer knowledge and ability: Word; Excel; PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills
Office machine experience: Fax; photo copiers with sorting and stapling ability
Knowledge of alphabetical filing systems
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
Read write and speak English fluently

A Waterpark Coordinator is responsible forcoordinating and implementing department activities and projects as assigned. Provide administrative and office support and assistance to department management.
What will I be doing
In addition to performance of the essential functions this position may be required to perform a combination of the following other duties with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by management based upon the particular requirements of the company.
Primary responsibility is to keep an accurate and uptodate filing system tracing of all business correspondence entering and upkeep the data
Also answers the telephone and directs to proper person and if necessary gives knowledgeable information about the property and department
Coordinates and follows up with internal departments and liaise between all the outlets and the General Manager/Director of Waterpark Operations.
Follows up on staff attendance daily roster and all waterpark staff related documents for the Dept.
Ensure all correspondence is filed in a methodical systematic basis for future follow ups
Attend meetings record and distribute the minutes and follows up on action items if requested by the General Manager/Director of Waterpark Operations.
Use a diary or todo list for daily assignment/task
Ensure that trace file is checked and action(ed) on a daily basis.
Ensure all outgoing correspondence is typed proof read and distributed or sent to the highest possible standard.
