We are hiring a Relationship Manager to manage our clients.
Requirements
Sell loans to Business Banking clients
Ensure clients make repayments on their loans when due
Create a robust sales lead generation pipeline
Convert leads to sales Meet assigned sales target
Ensure prompt service delivery and maintain an acceptable turnaround and time
Advise clients on new products and services and drive the adoption of the same
Effectively manage relationships with all clients
Give support to Team Lead
Achievement of a minimum of 100 of disbursement target
Maintenance of a PAR (Portfolio At Risk) of not more than 5
Achieve assigned deposit mobilization target
