Job Description
We are currently hiring a Junior Business Analyst to support the Services Operations team of one of our clients a global fast-paced organization committed to operational excellence data quality and customer satisfaction. About the Role:
As a Junior Business Analyst you will collaborate with internal teams help maintain clean and consistent data across systems and support process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn. Youll contribute to documenting business processes resolving operational issues and ensuring that data supports the day-to-day delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in multiple internal systems.
- Support documentation of business requirements and operational processes.
- Perform regular checks on data quality and quantity.
- Assist in solving operational and system-related issues.
- Act as a contact point for internal teams partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams on various operational initiatives.
About You:
- Basic Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in business operations data management or related areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently with general guidance.
- Team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented mindset and willingness to support others.
- Ability to interpret and help resolve operational and data issues.
- This position offers valuable experience in a collaborative and international setting.
