Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling Sales & Market Development achieving primary budget through front line sales personnel.
- Achieving Key Contractor Budget for the year through proper contractor engagement program.
- Adding Distributors who are suppliers to OEMs/Factories through successful product trials & offering proper rates & service to the Distributor.
- Interacting with IDs & their contractors & converting them through proper briefing of product range on offer successful onsite trials of the products offering proper price & service.
- Analyzing market trends & competition activities @ product level & provide suitable feedback & our strategy to counter it.
- Tracking competition activities and local market trend.
- Expand wide retail distribution network within the territory and implement effective network management schemes.
- Will be in charge of independent responsibility of managing the Depot.
Requirements
- Should have experience of hard core sales through channel network minimum 1 years sales experience in Retail sales or Channel sales or Distributor sales or any sales experience from Building material or Paint industry
- Age max 35
- Only male
- Candidate should have Panvel market experience
- Distributors retailers handling.
- Must be capable of communicating in the local language.
