ABOUT THE TEAM
Think ahead: In the Strategy & Business Development Team we take strategic initiatives from zero to one as part of our mission to build a world where everybody can participate in economic growth. We manage projects endtoend and collaboratively work with all departments across Trade Republic. Every day we strive to move Trade Republic forward step by step by constantly challenging the status quo.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Play a vital role in driving and executing projects and initiatives to rapidly scale our business across Europe and expand our product offering
Assume responsibility on highimpact endtoend strategic projects (zerotoone from thesis building to operation)
Work closely with the management team across different functions to evaluate and drive internal and external business development opportunities
Conduct (market) analysis to support crucial management decisions
Have insights in and influence on important management topics such as strategic roadmap product development investor relations etc.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
A bachelors or masters degree from a toptier university with excellent grades
First professional experience in management consulting investment banking venture capital or business development
Experience in working in a demanding highgrowth environment with the ability to perform well under pressure handle several different projects and responsibilities simultaneously with ease
Outstanding analytical skillset with a quick understanding of new subjects willing to learn and excel in a demanding startup environment
Ability to break down complex issues reduce them to the essential factors and communicate them effectively
Selfdriven personality with a handson approach highly professional personality with utmost expectations towards yourself and your work
Excellent German and English skills
