What youll do:

As a Customer Service Representative you will be supporting Spanishspeaking people in the US and assisting them in managing pharmacy prescription benefits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers in managing prescription benefits handling processing issues and acquiring savings cards
  • Assisting clients in understanding their target copay and available pharmacy discount programs
  • Guiding customers through the process of using savings cards at pharmacies to check for potential discounts
  • Working closely with pharmacists to reverse claims and process overrides as needed
  • Educating customers about available services benefits and procedures to ensure they can maximize their care experience
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues by identifying solutions quickly and effectively
  • Escalating complex issues to senior staff or other departments as needed

What youll need:

  • Associates/Bachelors Degree an advantage but not required
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish both written and spoken
  • Must have excellent command of the English language with neutral or American accent
  • Professional courteous and responsive customer service and phone skills
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Detailoriented
  • Multitasking skills
  • Willing to work onsite
