Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage endtoend recruitment for technical roles from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Leverage various platforms (LinkedIn job boards networking) to identify and engage with top technical talent.

  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews assessing candidates skills and cultural fit.

  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates through timely feedback transparent communication and a smooth process.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.

  • Lead offer negotiations ensuring competitive packages while aligning with company policies.

  • Promote the companys culture and job opportunities through various channels increasing visibility to top talent.

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics like timetohire costperhire and quality of hire.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in technical recruitment salary benchmarks and competitor hiring strategies.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters sharing best practices for sourcing interviewing and hiring.

  • Ensure that recruitment strategies are aligned with diversity and inclusion goals.

  • Build longterm relationships with candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of technical roles technologies and industryspecific skills to evaluate candidates effectively.

  • Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.

  • Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
