Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for independently managing orders onsite at our customers in Croatia as well as supporting our customers in Slovenia Bosnia and Herzegovina Serbia Montenegro North Macedonia and Kosovo.
- You conduct inventory assessments perform service assignments carry out repairs and provide training onsite at our customers locations.
- You take care of preventive maintenance operations at our customers sites to ensure the smooth functioning of our machines.
- You are responsible for managing modifications and retrofits and at the same time you are the expert point of contact for our customers.
- You do the assembly and commissioning of our machines and systems onsite at the customers location.
Your profile
- You have either completed education in plant engineering mechatronics or mechanical engineering or posses technical knowledge in machinery or production industry.
- You have already gained professional experience ideally as a service technician.
- You work independently are a reliable and communicative team player with a willingness to travel 100.
- You are flexible and have strong improvisation skills.
