Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations in Twinsburg OH. This is a direct-hire opportunity for a qualified candidate looking to grow in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
As a Maintenance Technician you will perform a wide range of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting repair and preventive maintenance duties on plant equipment robotics and facility systems. This is a hands-on moderately physical role ideal for candidates with strong technical skills and a passion for equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical/electronic hydraulic and combustion systems.
- Navigate and interpret ladder logic in Allen-Bradley PLCs (SLC 500 PLC 5 ControlLogix).
- Troubleshoot and modify ABB robots (Models M94 M98 M2000 M2600 M6700).
- Install relocate and align new or existing equipment.
- Perform gas and electric welding machining and basic fabrication tasks.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure a safe organized work environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team leads on improvement projects and urgent repairs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be able to apply principles acquired through technical or vocational subjects (certificates or some college courses).
- 4 years of experience in Allen Bradley Hydraulics Robotics and Welding.
- Experience in troubleshooting die casting machine cells through the use of PLCs and electrical and hydraulic schematics.
