Our client a topnotch home appliance company in Vietnam is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

• Receive guidance and direction from the Leadership Team regarding the strategic development of the Group to effectively realize the Commercial Marketing departments tasks and fulfill the departments responsibilities.
  

• Develop objectives and plans for the annual/quarterly activities of the Commercial Marketing department according to the growth direction of the Group and communication strategies for brand development.
  

• Be responsible for organizing internal marketing activities CSR and organizing events to implement the marketing strategy proposed.
  

• Organize research activities on market trends customer needs competitor analysis etc. to provide the leadership team with insights for marketing decisions.
  

• Directly build financial plans budgets and business strategies for the Groups commercial marketing activities.
  

• Supervise all related activities of the Commercial Marketing department within the assigned authority.
  

• Evaluate the understanding of ROI of marketing activities and ensure that the implementation is consistent with budgetary requirements.
  

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to the marketing team train assess and arrange the work of the Commercial Marketing department.
  

• Manage the entire commercial marketing process ensuring appropriate communication channels.

• T nh to n hi u qu ROI c a c c ho t ng Marketing v m b o vi c tri n khai th c hi n hi u qu nh t tr n ng n s ch.
  

• Ph n c ng nhi m v giao vi c o t o hu n luy n gi m s t nh gi x y d ng c c u s p x p nh n s c a c c b ph n c ng t c c a Ban Marketing.
  

• Qu n l t nh h nh th c hi n k ho ch v ph ng th c truy n th ng.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration Marketing or related fields.
  

• Previous experience as a marketing manager preferably in the home appliance industry.
  

• Strong commercial outlook and an ability to drive revenue growth through marketing.
  

• Confident honest.
  

• Strong skill in Microsoft Word and Excel.
