The Role:
As a German Customer Service Specialist at CBT you will be the first point of contact for our Germanspeaking customers providing support and solving queries via various communication channels. Your role is vital in ensuring that each customer interaction is seamless friendly and helpful. If you love problemsolving helping others and making a difference in peoples lives this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support to our Germanspeaking clients via email phone and chat.
  • Handle inquiries resolve issues and guide customers through processes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring that each query is resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and ensure a smooth experience for customers.
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge and company services to provide the best support possible.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customercentric mindset.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think on your feet and handle diverse situations.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional even in highpressure situations.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • A positive attitude and a teamoriented approach to working with others.
