Assist in overall sales and operational planning for exhibitions developing timelines and milestones for related tasks.
Support exhibition project teams in completing online booth selection processes provide system training ensure smooth onsite system operations manage clients and internal sales staff during exhibitions resolve emergencies and verify postevent booking data.
Assist in developing sustainability plans coordinate layout design planning and supervise onsite setup and construction.
Complete other tasks assigned by the Operations Director.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree or above with 6 years of relevant experience in the exhibition/events industry.
Strong communication skills and capabilities.
Proficiency in office software and basic computeraided design (CAD) operations.
English can be used for effective communication.
