ARC is looking for a caring and dynamic full-time Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations maintenance preventative maintenance and repairs to all properties including oversight and project management of all outside repair vendors. The Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with Joint Commission standards in environment of care areas.
- Perform daily weekly monthly and yearly compliance monitoring as per company policies and procedures.
- Perform monthly and quarterly audits of environment of care policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Maintain plumbing electrical and all other building systems including coordination with appropriate vendors
- Perform / Coordinate minor and major repairs of all building mechanical and cosmetic issues including but not limited to plumbing (bathroom and kitchen drains toilets and fixtures) electrical (breakers outlets switches disposals interior and exterior lighting systems) yard/grounds painting (plaster staining and finishing) custodial and construction work (carpentry door repair flooring dry wall windows roofing gutters).
- Submit bids or estimates on job lists and projects as requested by outside vendors
- Prioritize monitor and direct scheduling of all contracted services personnel and follow-up on completion
- Maintain and adhere to operations budgets update Expense Tracking spreadsheet submitting expense approval requests for any capital expenditures or any expenditures that are outside budgetary limitations.
- Order parts and materials as required utilizing proper approval P/O system
- Maintain stock and inventory of household maintenance needs utilizing approval P/O system
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all work areas
- Maintain records of all equipment and scheduled maintenance needs and procedures
- Manage all emergency services and systems (Exit signs fire extinguishers etc..)
- Coordinate with Transportation to ensure vehicle maintenance and repairs are performed as necessary.
- Perform medication destruction as per policies and procedures.
- Comply with all applicable codes standards and regulations of all licensing agencies The Joint Commission and Federal State and Local Laws
- Assist team with any internal moves
- Move or lift boxes and equipment
- Set up audio/visual equipment
- Disperse household supplies to various locations
- Communicate with team members effectively
- Address and complete all work orders assigned by team in efficient and timely manner
- Provide on-call support as needed
- Respond to 24 hour emergency maintenance needs
- Support Advisor team and training as needed
This is a full time position that will work Monday-Friday.
Qualifications :
- Computer competence (Microsoft Word Outlook Excel)
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Must be familiar with the Joint Commission accreditation standards.
- Knowledge of Facility Maintenance and project management
- Experience in property maintenance and facilities management
- Must be organized analytical motivated and professional
- Valid California Drivers License
