Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist Drive Growth Across Western Canada s Construction Industry!

Location: Calgary AB (InOffice 8:00 AM 4:30 PM)
Reporting to: General Manager
Salary: $60 000 $70 000 annually bonus

Our global safety client is looking for a Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist that will take the lead in designing and executing creative marketing campaigns that target construction and industrial businesses including ICI (Industrial Commercial and Institutional) companies across Western Canada.

This role blends creative marketing strategy with lead generation expertise giving you the freedom to build campaigns that stand out and deliver real results.

Your mission

Generate highquality leads qualify prospects and book confirmed meetings for the GM to secure training bookings.

What You ll Be Doing:

Lead Generation & Campaign Development
  • Develop and manage highconverting campaigns designed to attract constructionfocused B2B businesses that require annual safety certifications and recertifications.
  • Use a mix of SEO Google Ads Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads to generate leads from construction and ICI businesses.
  • Create engaging email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and position our services as the goto solution for safety certifications.
  • Optimize the website with compelling content landing pages and CTAs to increase lead conversions.
  • Craft engaging sales copy that resonates with decisionmakers in construction ensuring messaging addresses pain points and delivers clear value.
  • Develop creative marketing ideas from downloadable resources to interactive content that differentiate us from competitors.
Inside Sales & Lead Qualification
  • Proactively engage with leads through calls emails and messaging to understand their certification needs.
  • Prequalify leads to assess timelines requirements and key decisionmakers before booking meetings.
  • Confidently book confirmed meetings directly in the GM s calendar for onsite consultations or facility training sessions.
  • Provide the GM with detailed lead insights before each meeting to maximize conversion potential.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build rapport with potential clients and guide them through the certification process.
  • Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide valuable information to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to track interactions followups and appointments.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure leads stay engaged and informed.

Requirements
