Supply Chain Entry and Data Allocator
Working Hours:
Full-time U.S.-based hours (Eastern Standard Time EST)
Salary Range:
$1000 - $1300
Type of Contract:
Independent Contractor
About the Company:
This role is with a well-established family-owned fashion business specializing in high-quality branded and private label apparel. The company oversees the full product lifecycle from concept through to finished goods and offers a wide range of styles and sizes to meet diverse customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently process incoming customer orders using A2000 software.

Enter and maintain production orders with timely updates and accuracy.

Manage and update databases containing style information and customer details.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any order fulfillment issues.

Respond to client inquiries and correspondence promptly and professionally.

Work closely with the Allocator/EDI team to manage orders and drop-ship accounts.
Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent clerical and data entry skills with great attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong numerical aptitude for managing order quantities and calculations.

Experience with order management systems and databases preferred; familiarity with A2000 is a plus.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using A2000 or similar order processing software.

Previous experience in customer order processing or production environments.
