Job Description
Support the HR Manager and HR Business Partners to partner with leaders to maximise the capability and performance of their teams in support of business objectives.
- Align with HR Manager and HR Business Partners in their assigned business areas to coach and support the development of business objectives.
- Assist with managing a wide range of employee relations matters including investigations and performance management
- Provide support and guidance with the management of personal injuries.
- Prepare and maintain a range of HR documentation
- Assist with key HR activities including compliance recruitment onboarding talent and remuneration.
- Provide support with cyclical HR activities including HR reporting projects and improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including safety and retail operations teams.
Qualifications :
- 1 3 years in a HR generalist role
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a high volume and fastpaced environment
- Proactive solutions focussed and flexible approach
- Tertiary qualifications in HR Business Management or similar
