Job Description

Our client is a dominant global player in the R&D and production of medical devices and instruments seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales operations and business growth across the MMR.

In this role you will be responsible for developing sales strategies managing key accounts and leading a highperforming sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in medical sales market expansion and distributor/channel management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Lead and manage a sales team providing training mentorship and performance evaluation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including hospitals healthcare providers distributors and procurement decisionmakers.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the medical devices industry.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing product development and regulatory teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and business insights to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries resolving issues and maintaining high service standards.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 10 15 years of experience in sales/business development within the medical devices diagnostics or hospital and healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare sales cycles and regulatory requirements in India.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a regional leadership role.
  • Experience managing distributor networks and key account relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Fluent or nearfluent in English.
  • Bachelors degree required. Masters degree or MBA in a related discipline is preferred.
