Job Description
What you will do:
- Lead Enterprise projects in Italy ensuring team adherence to global standards and processes while collaborating with Sales CS Marketing Finance and Legal to achieve project goals.
- Understand the business in granular detail by listening to various business stakeholders and clinics and then use this information to lead initiatives in the country
- Engage with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives serving as the main contact for communications updates and queries while keeping playbooks updated and information accessible.
- Teaming with the Project Managers in other countries sharing and implementing best practices.
Qualifications :
What you bring:
- 4 years of experience in leading operations projects with different stakeholders (Sales CS and Marketing preferred)
- Are excellent in analyzing and synthesizing data to provide actionable recommendations and handson in implementing them
- Have experience in a fast paced constantly changing environment and have organizational skills to bring structure.
- Have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) including strong reporting and presentation skills.
- You are techsavvy and fluent in English (verbal and written)
