Job Description:
We need more profiles here who are based in Montreal. This role will require 1 in-person interview and need to onsite work in the project.
They can be intermediate level around 6-10 years of experience. PMP certified will be huge plus. Need not be highly technical but should have experience in collaborating with larger teams and executing complex projects.
Previous profiles got rejected because they were too technical and failed to convince the client on their collaboration and communication skills.
Job Description:
The Project Manager must have worked with Banking and Financial institutions before who will be responsible but not limited to plan execute and oversee IT projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and meet specified requirements. They act as a liaison between business needs and technical solutions managing resources and communicating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop project plans including scope timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Execution and Monitoring: Oversee project execution track progress identify and mitigate risks and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide project teams assigning tasks providing support and resolving conflicts.
- Communication: Communicate project status updates and key decisions to stakeholders including management team members and clients.
- Resource Management: Manage project resources including budget time and personnel.
