Student Support Officer:
At Chelson Gordon Consultancy (CG) We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Student Support Officer to join our team. You will be facing diverse challenges daily. You will coordinate with students and school managers and play a great part in the academic journey.
Role and Responsibilities:
Student Guidance and Support
Provide academic and administrative support to the students via online telecommunication and/or email.
Contact relevant parties to support the students.
Administrative Support
Maintain student records.
Support the enrolment and reenrolment process.
Ensure compliance with Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) standards.
Academic Support
Oversee the students progress.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher.
Have service mind.
Have attention to detail.
Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent in English especially speaking and listening
Speaking English fluently
Talking with colleagues in workplace in English for a whole period of day in office.
Desired Candidate Qualities:
Willing to learn under pressure.
Flexible working hours.
Ambitious and strive for career advancement.
