Your missions
As Senior Associate Bank & Finance you will :
- Advise international and local clients on a wide range of banking and finance transactions including structured finance regulatory matters and financial instruments.
- Draft review and negotiate loan agreements security documents and other financial contracts.
- Work closely with banks investment funds and corporations providing tailored legal solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg and EU financial regulations staying up to date with evolving legal frameworks.
- Participate in crossborder transactions collaborating with international teams to deliver seamless client service.
