As Practice Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reception: You will be reception based and have reception duties
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor our team with clarity and positivity promoting a collaborative and highachieving environment.
- Operational Management: Oversee daytoday operations including staff scheduling management and ensuring our practice runs smoothly.
- PatientCentric Care: Address patient inquiries and ensure exceptional care to maintain our practices reputation for excellence.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting and billing processes efficiently maintaining the practices financial health.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our clinicians and support team to achieve practice goals and enhance patient experiences.

Qualifications :
To step into this opportunity we are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader or Manager (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential)
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to give and receive feedback
- Welldeveloped interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clients
- The ability to work well under pressure to multitask and be flexible
- An understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets sales targets utilisation and profit & loss statements
- Confidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology
