Locations: Ghaziabad Mathura Saharanpur
Department: Customer Advisory Team
Function: Sales
Reporting To: Territory Manager – Customer Advisory Team
CTC: 6–9 LPA
About the Role:
We are hiring for a Branch Relationship Manager with a leading life insurance company. The role involves managing a small sales team driving service-led sales and ensuring revenue and productivity targets are achieved across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 4–5 sales executives and ensure high performance.

Drive premium closures of 1.5 Cr through need-based relationship-driven selling.

Conduct field coaching regular performance reviews and support business conversions.

Ensure adherence to compliance customer service standards and lead utilization.

Actively support team recruitment and capability building.
Candidate Profile:
-
7–8 years of experience in Life Insurance (Direct/Agency/Banca channels).

3–4 years of proven team handling experience.
-
Strong people management sales coaching and customer engagement skills.
-
Must be performance-driven and target-focused.
