We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence within the engineering sector. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to identify new opportunities develop client relationships and secure business deals.
Key Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering sector.
- Build and manage a pipeline of clients projects and partnerships.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals and presentations.
- Drive sales activities including lead generation and contract negotiation.
- Foster strong client relationships ensuring longterm business success.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
What Were Looking For - A degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Civil or related discipline) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development sales or a technical engineering environment.
- Proven ability to secure largescale deals and drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of engineering products and services.
- Excellent negotiation communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
