Job Description
- Minimum 3 Years expereince in Procure goods & services in accordance with established policies & procedures
- Minimum 3 Years experience in Procures goods and services in accordance with the VPPA APSPM and Agency policies & procedures
- Minimum 3 Years experience in Evaluate purchase requests and works with end users to obtain accurate specifications and/or requirements to meet their needs and allow for maximum c
- Minimum 3 Years experience in Facilitates prebid/preproposal conferences
- Minimum 3 Years experience in Analyzes and evaluates quotes bids and proposals and awards contracts appropriately
- Minimum 3 Years experience in Prepares clear and concise contract documents
