Job Description
- Identify assess and negotiate potential property investment opportunities aligned with the companys growth strategy.
- Develop a strategic plan to establish a pipeline of suitable properties for acquisition.
- Evaluate property development and redevelopment opportunities that align with the companys objectives.
- Analyze the existing asset portfolio and explore potential divestment opportunities.
- Perform indepth market research business intelligence and financial analysis to evaluate investment feasibility and risks.
- Oversee the entire acquisition and divestment process including due diligence coordinating with external consultants on documentation and ensuring successful completion.
- Work closely with internal teams including finance real estate legal and compliance to ensure efficient transaction execution.
- Prepare and present reports to the senior management team and board of directors.
- Foster and sustain relationships with investors property owners developers and key industry stakeholders.
- Track industry trends regulatory updates and emerging market opportunities.
- Assist in fundraising efforts by engaging with investors and fund managers.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Finance Real Estate or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development investment or real estate.
- Indepth understanding of REIT structures real estate finance and investment strategies.
- Demonstrated success in deal origination and execution.
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of analyzing financial models and market data to inform investment decisions.
- Wellestablished network within the real estate and investment community.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
