Job Description

  • We are looking to recruit an individual with a master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in supporting the development of programme guidance in international development.
  • You will have knowledge of and a commitment to international humanitarian principles, codes and guidelines.
  • You will also have up-to-date knowledge of how resilience and climate change are informing international development and humanitarian programming approaches, including within the nexus/triple nexus discussions.
  • To be successful in this role you will have the ability to manage competing demands and deadlines by prioritising a diverse workload.
  • You will be able to network effectively and build good working relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
  • You will be an innovator with a desire to identify and explore new methods of working and you will also have strong communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English.
