Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare Product Development

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the exciting journey of developing a new healthcare product aimed at simplifying Medicare and Medicaid processes for the US healthcare industry. This role involves working closely with the Product Owner to create innovative solutions that address the challenges in the US healthcare market. Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Roadmap and Feature Backlog: Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop the product roadmap and manage the feature backlog ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Lead the requirement gathering process ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and addressing market needs.
• Requirement Gathering: Work with the Product Owner to gather and analyze product requirements. Engage in asis process mapping and design tobe process flows for optimal functionality and user experience. Define user personas including senior patients healthcare providers healthcare brokers physicians and nurse practitioners.
• Healthcare Industry Research: Conduct indepth research into the US healthcare industry to identify challenges and opportunities. Perform comprehensive market research to uncover unmet needs conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities.
• Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile ceremonies and processes including sprint planning demos retrospectives and backlog refinement. Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog breaking down complex features into actionable user stories and tasks.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work with Technical Solution Architects UX Designers Developers and Project Managers to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the Product Owner and technical teams ensuring clear communication and understanding of product goals.
• Performance Metrics: Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide future strategy.
• AI Usage: Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance the quality and speed of deliverables.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent degree with mandatory experience in the US healthcare industry and products.
• Experience in product development especially in the healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to develop product roadmaps and manage feature backlogs.
• Familiarity with AI tools in a business context.
• Strong analytical problemsolving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience with at least 7 years as a Business Analyst.
