Order Support Specialist Turkish

Order Support Specialist position.

In this role you will be the hero behind the order ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers. Youll be the goto person for complex online order issues working diligently to find solutions that keep our customers happy.

Heres what youll be doing:

• Become an Order Master: Youll own the entire online order process from the moment a customer clicks purchase to the moment their item arrives at their doorstep.
• Be a Customer Champion: Youll handle complex issues with a smile providing clear and timely updates to customers throughout the resolution process.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Youll collaborate with partners to resolve issues efficiently keeping the customer out of the loop.
• Data Whiz: Youll be a master of detail ensuring accurate recordkeeping in our SAP system. (Dont worry well provide training if youre new to SAP!)
