Position: Customer Support Advisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all incoming contacts from customers through phone chat and email
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information
• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• C1 level of Polish and B2 English both oral and written
• Passionate about customers and customer service
• Problemsolving skills
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity

OFFER:

• Relocation support with a room
• Temporary renewable working contract
• Initial employment contract with a duration of 12 months
• Subsequent extension of one more contract for 12 months
• Permanent contract after 2 years
• 40 Hours per week schedule 8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour
