What You Will Do

  • Install equipment or systems in locations designated by customers.
  • Provide preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment or systems according to established procedures.
  • Solve technical problems and diagnose failures in equipment or systems, using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Ensure that all services provided meet the company's quality, safety and compliance standards.
  • Assembly and setup of equipment in accordance with Data Center standards.
  • Cabling management (Fiber and Copper).
  • Physical management of network equipment (Switches, Routers, Firewalls) and patching.
  • Configuration of Solutions/Systems.
  • Compliance with the goals and objectives outlined by project management.
Qualifications

  • Technical course or technical certification in the area, a degree in computer engineering is a plus.
  • Knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Complementary technical knowledge and certifications in systems or business network administration.
  • At least 5 years of service management.
  • At least 5 years of managing helpdesk teams.
  • At least 5 years of in-person, remote and telephone support.
