Contract Hardware Engineer Mid

Duties: Note: Due to nature of the project we will only need US Citizen for this role. Location: Plymouth MN 55441 (Onsite) Team is seeking a DFT EngineerWhat Youll Be Doing: Timing constraints Simulation Conduct Code Synthesis Test insertion (Scan ATPG MBIST) and Test Support Provide Customer Support Prepare Documentation Mentor junior engineers Candidate will be using: Synopsys Design Compiler Synopsys PrimeTime Synopsys DFT Compiler Synopsys VCS Synopsys TetraMAX Synopsys Formality Mentor ModelSim Tessent Memory BIST What We Are Looking For: 8 years of ASIC development and deployment experience General experience in ASIC concepts and design Experience working in multidisciplinary teams. Background in BIST Design for Test (DFT) physical synthesis static timing analysis and/or power analysis. Direct experience with Synopsys toolset (ICC2 PrimeTime Lynx) is a plus. Indepth knowledge of logic synthesis and functional verification and how constraints are used throughout the design flow. Strong background in Linux and scripting languages. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and data organization skills Self starter motivated and takes initiative Strong technical problemsolving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Teams) and web navigation
