Job Description

The HR Administrator will be responsible for various HR administrative tasks including onboarding new employees conducting exit interviews and maintaining employee records. The role will involve supporting the HR team in daytoday operations and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records and employee files
  • Updating internal HR databases with employee information like leaves sick days work schedules
  • Preparing HR documents such as employment contracts onboarding guides and termination paperwork
  • Revising and enforcing company HR policies and procedures
  • Updating status of Probation and promotion
  • Creating regular HR reports and presentations on metrics like turnover rates
  • Answering employee inquiries about HRrelated issues and policies
  • Supporting HR projects and initiatives like employee engagement surveys training programs
    Onboarding new hires and managing the employee lifecycle
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee and HR information

Essential Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Human Resources
  • Previous experience in HR administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Desired Experience:

  • 25 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in South Africa
