1. Program Management / Scrum Master (ADO) (10 YOE) they will be Scrum master for this team and drive processes

2. Data Warehouse Experience (did not have to be a DDA or tech analysis need to have experience running the programs) (10 YOE)

3. Power BI dashboards data analytical skills (10 YOE)

Summary:

Drive programs/projects from project initiation through delivery. Interface with clients on technical and business issues. Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented. Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information. Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Provide program/project schedules and status reports.

Ability to lead large business or engineering programs from inception to implementation in partnership with a product manager an engineering lead/team and across a variety of internal and external stakeholders

Ability to evaluate requirements perform gap assessments and develop achievable execution and/or remediation plans

Action and results oriented selfstarter with the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete information

Ability to interface across groups on both business and technical matters

Strong project management skill set with the ability to work independently to drive projects through delivery

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements to management control owners and app/service/environment owners and teams

Proven track record of achieving success through teamwork collaboration leading and influencing without authority resolving conflict and measuring results

Proven track record working in an Agile environment

Strong Azure DevOps and Azure fundamentals experience
