JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including investors partners and the board of directors.
  
• Drive the companys culture of innovation excellence and collaboration.
  
• Oversee financial performance and drive operational efficiency.
  
• Lead and develop a highperforming executive team.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  
• Represent the company in external events conferences and industry forums.
  

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• A masters degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
  
• A minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience.
  
• Proven track record of dynamic leadership and strategic vision in a senior executive role.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong understanding of the rehabilitation sector and market trends.
  
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  
• Experience in driving organizational change transformation and growth.
  
• Experience making highstakes decisions and navigate complex business challenges.
