Web3 Community Manager

Our client seeks a passionate and engaging Web3 Community Manager to join their team. In this communicationdriven role you will build and manage vibrant online communities around Web3 projects fostering engagement and brand advocacy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community management strategy for Web3 projects or platforms.
• Create engaging content (e.g. blog posts social media content) to educate and inform the community about Web3 concepts.
• Foster meaningful conversations and interactions within the community building a strong sense of belonging.
• Organize online and offline events (e.g. AMAs meetups) to bring the Web3 community together.
• Manage social media channels and online presence to promote Web3 projects and initiatives.
• Identify and address community concerns and issues ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
• Stay uptodate on the latest trends and developments within the Web3 ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in community management social media marketing or online engagement.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technology its applications and the current Web3 landscape.
• Excellent communication writing and interpersonal skills to connect and engage with diverse audiences.
• Experience building and managing online communities is essential.
• A passion for Web3 and a strong belief in its potential to revolutionize various industries.
• Proficient in social media management tools and community engagement platforms.
