IT System Administrator

We are looking for an IT System Administrator who will be able to make sure an organization's computer systems are functioning and meet the needs of the organization. Sysadmins support, troubleshoot, and maintain computer servers and networks.

Responsibilities:

• IT Systems configuration and support
• Backup of Production and UAT environment.
• Microsoft Windows server support including management, monitoring and patching.
• Hypervisor support including Hyper-V and VMware.
• Network infrastructure support including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• AWS and Azure Infrastructure Support.
• Office 365 support.
• Support Microsoft System Center support (SCCM and SCOM).
• End user Desktop and Laptop support.
• Point of Sales (POS) systems support.
• Microsoft SQL servers support.
• Provide 24/7 on call support.
• Support in resolving security incidents raised by SOC Team

Requirements:

• Candidate to hold a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in similar role.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) in English, Arabic language.
• Professional certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certifications are preferred but not must.
• Experience with Windows, Active directory, Systems Policies is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of workstation/server hardware, specifications and server administration.
• In depth knowledge of managing network devices such as switches, routers and firewalls.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (client and server) and OS imaging processes
• In-depth knowledge of Terminal Server, DHCP, Active Directory and Internet protocols
• In-depth knowledge of designing and implementing small to mid-size networks in remote environments
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, technology advances, new products and best practices.
• Works in standard office environment, data centers, equipment rooms.
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, holidays and after working hours.
• Knowledge in managing Exchange server, office 365.
