What will you do in this job:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries desserts and bread.
• Create and decorate pastry items to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Follow recipes portion sizes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely preparation.
• Monitor inventory order supplies and manage ingredient stocks.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Stay updated on pastry trends and continually develop culinary skills.
• Contribute to menu planning and innovation in the pastry department.
• Convey a passion for pastry artistry and excellence in each creation.

What skills and experience do you need for this job:

• 1 years of experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role.
• Proficiency in baking techniques pastry decoration and dessert preparation.
• Knowledge of various pastry types and the ability to create diverse pastry items.
• Culinary training or certification in baking and pastry arts is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail in following recipes and portion sizes.
• Ability to work in a highpaced kitchen environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Creativity and an innovative approach to pastry creations.
