Process Trainer Manager

Responsible to develop create and deliver training content and implement comprehensive training programs across operations
Provide comprehensive product knowledge training to the staff enabling them to confidently assist internal & external stakeholders
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for the employee both inperson and through digital platforms ensuring that all training materials are uptodate and relevant.
Work closely with Operation managers department heads and other stakeholders to understand training needs and tailor programs to address specific challenges or opportunities.
Monitor & evaluate training program's effectiveness & success periodically and report the outcomes
Ensure that all training programs and materials comply with company policies industry regulations and relevant standards.
Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and new technologies relevant to operations and incorporate this knowledge into training programs to continuously improve effectiveness.
