Our client is located Klang and their objective is to be a total transportation/logistics provider covering all aspects of forwarding shipping container and transportation needs.
Job Description
- Facilitate communication between Principal and customers.
- Resolve customer problems and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Update customers on sailing schedules.
- Create bookings and manage related documentation.
- Source rates and space with Feeder Operations/Carriers.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years working experience in Shipping Industry/NVOCC
- Strong communication in English and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of shipping industry practices preferred
