Job Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the performance of sales agents from both developers and real estate agencies.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and performance issues.
• Report on team performance and provide solutions to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Provide coaching and support to sales team members to enhance their effectiveness.
• Ensure consistent and accurate reporting of sales activities and results.
• Conduct regular meetings with sales team members to review performance and set goals.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities in the real estate industry.
• Focus primarily on managing projects in the Klang Valley area with flexibility for assignments in other areas.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management preferably in the real estate sector.
• Fluent in Mandarin English and Malay.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for assignments in other areas.
