Job Description

• Facilitate communication between Principal and customers.
• Resolve customer problems and inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Update customers on sailing schedules.
• Create bookings and manage related documentation.
• Source rates and space with Feeder Operations/Carriers.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years working experience in Shipping Industry/NVOCC
• Strong communication in English and problemsolving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of shipping industry practices preferred
