Job Description

1. Collaborate with project teams to establish design direction

2. Translate design concepts into detailed design elements

3. Deliver Concept and Schematic Design as well as Design Development (DD) and Tender Documentation

4. Excel in space planning and concept development to meet client requirements

5. Manage all design aspects including conceptual drawings space planning detailed drawings and presentation materials

6. Prepare and present design materials effectively

7. Coordinate with contractors design consultants and subcontractors

8. Develop efficient and functional design solutions

9. Monitor and follow up on onsite progress

10. Manage project costing and prepare project quotations

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design

2. Minimum of 34 years of relevant working experience

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D Max Vray SketchUp Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office

4. Essential site experience including site inspections and providing onsite solutions

5. Proficiency in English Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

6. Independent resultsoriented and able to thrive in a dynamic environment

7. Strong commitment responsibility and selfmotivation

8. Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive approach

9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

10. Experience in F&B and commercial projects is a plus

11. Must possess own transport
