Our client is located Klang and their objective is to be a total transportation/logistics provider covering all aspects of forwarding shipping container and transportation needs.

Job Description

• Manage Own Customer Base: Utilize existing contacts and networks to maintain and expand a personal customer base. Continuously identify and pursue opportunities to grow sales within the assigned territory.
• Monthly Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed monthly sales reports to the Director outlining sales activities achievements and forecasts. Utilize sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service. Understand client needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies and offerings accordingly. Foster a positive and professional rapport that encourages repeat business and referrals.
• Address Customer Complaints: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries concerns and complaints. Listen attentively to customer feedback investigate issues thoroughly and resolve problems in a timely and satisfactory manner. Take proactive steps to prevent future issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years working experience in Shipping Industry & NVOCC
• High skills in Communications and Leadership
• Have own customers base
• Provide monthly sales report and directly report to the Director & principal
• Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base
• Handle complaints from customers
