Job Title: Client Success Coordinator Latam
Location: Remote (PST Timezone)
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9 AM to 6 PM PST

Role Overview :

Join our team as a Client Success Coordinator where your primary focus will be on outbound calling and client engagement rather than sales. Youll be responsible for following up with existing clients answering their queries scheduling appointments and collecting necessary documents. Additionally youll play a crucial role in negotiating and securing the best outcomes for insurance claims related to our clients representing their interests with insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with existing clients and their homeowners.
• Schedule appointments and collect documents.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to maximize insurance claim value.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Quick Learning and Adaptability: Ability to grasp complex concepts related to insurance claims and our companys procedures quickly.
• Communication Skills: Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal skills are necessary. You should be comfortable communicating over the phone and providing exceptional customer service.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with insurance companies for the best possible claim outcomes.
• Personality: We are looking for someone with a friendly and customer serviceoriented attitude who is good at talking and has a pleasant demeanor over the phone; a Female candidate is preferred.

Other Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should be quickwitted able to think on their feet and possess a good personality.
• Experience in a similar role or familiarity with insurance claims is beneficial but not required.
