Supply Chain Manager - Expertise Recruitment

• Develop and execute the companys supply chain and logistics strategy overseeing all related operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  
• Plan implement and monitor endtoend supply chain activities from procurement to distribution to meet business objectives.
  
• Foster strong relationships with internal crossfunctional teams and external vendors and service providers to optimize collaboration and streamline processes.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance including inventory management and cost optimization.
  
• Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify strategic opportunities and mitigate risks.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all supply chain activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 10 years of proven experience in supply chain management within the retail/FMCG industry.
  
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal; bilingual proficiency is preferred.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  
• Must be currently based in Kuwait with a valid IQAMA.
