Job Description:

As a Construction Project Manager based in Bremerton WA you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects within the specified range with a focus on NAVFAC projects. Your role will involve onsite presence coordination with subcontractors project scheduling budget management and ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion ensuring adherence to project scope schedule and budget.
• NAVFAC Experience: Utilize previous experience with NAVFAC projects to navigate project complexities and requirements effectively.
• OnSite Presence: Maintain a physical presence at the project site to oversee construction activities address issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules tracking expenses milestones and deliverables to ensure project completion within established parameters.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards and regulatory requirements conducting regular inspections and audits as necessary.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with project stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress issues and resolutions.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks proactively addressing challenges and implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts change orders RFIs and other projectrelated correspondence.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to project teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in NAVFAC projects and construction project management.
• Experience managing construction projects ranging from $1M to $5M.
• Strong communication leadership and organizational skills.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of construction methods materials and industry regulations.
