Job Description

Req ID : 2829533
  • Design customer journey map.
  • Act as a liaison with different stakeholders to identify and analyze journey gaps.
  • Monitor end to end customer journey to enhance future -state experiences.
  • Ensure availability of product and policy information.
  • Analyze process turn-around times.
  • Conduct customer surveys and trend studies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Improve service quality through the analysis of products, programs, processes and customer inquiries/ requests and complaints.
  • Problem incidence capturing, reporting and root cause analysis.
  • Develop Voice of Customer strategy and programs to raise the quality of customer experience.
