SScope & Dimension of the Role
Scope of work involves acting as finance business partner with commercial function and drives ownership of relevant aspects of the P&L. To ensure commercial finance reports are accurately and timely submitted.

KKey Accountabilities / Responsibilities
ROI Analysis for trade and consumer promotional activities to drive maximum returns on investments.
Monthly review marketing and trade spend against budgets/forecasts and provide commentary on variances.
Coordinate the submission of budgets and forecasts.
Coordinate the month end closing activities related to trade and consumer spend.
Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules for Trade and consumer marketing accounts.
Prepare Gross margin SKU analysis and provide commentary on the drivers of variances vs Standard.
Support with periodic DB Audits.
Support commercial team with NPD/EPD analysis.
Manage internal /GFCF control processes related to commercial finance
Monitoring Risks and Opportunities against budgets
Monitor IMS and DB closing stock weeks position to land in line with target.
Provide Ccommercial teams with appropriate accounting treatment for promotional activities
Support commercial team with Adhoc finance reports and or presentations
Drive Financial Planning & Analysis.

- LOCATION: Lagos Nigeria
- TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: 1 Year Contract
- SALARY BUDGET: 10m12.5m Gross Annually
- EXPERIENCE LENGTH: 6 years
Competence Required
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of accounting software preferably JDE
- Proficiency in the use of ERP software (Fusion TSM)

Knowledge of accounting software preferably JDE Proficiency in the use of ERP software (Fusion, TSM) Professional Qualification & Experience November 2024 University Degree in Numerate discipline. Professional Finance Qualification. 6 years minimum experience in relevant finance/accounting position.
