We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist / Telemarketer with advanced level of German language to work as an external consultant for one of our clients from the banking sector.

About the Profile

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist / Telemarketer with advanced level of German language to work as an external consultant for one of our clients from the banking sector.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers solving queries about settlements invoicing and any kind of issue merchants might have.
  • Dealing with incidents and complaints.
  • Selling the companys products (Buy Now Pay Later) or services according to the different campaigns planned in collaboration with the Business Development team.
  • Use scripts to provide information about products features prices etc. and present their benefits.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements.
  • Record the customers personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
  • Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
  • Research and prospecting of the market and potential clients.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in contact centre customer service incident management complaints.
  • Proficient use of German language.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Desirable: knowledge of the banking sector.
